Privacy
The short version: I collect only what I need to get back to you, and I never sell it. Last updated: November 3, 2026.
What I collect
If you ask for a free assessment: your name, your WhatsApp number, which version of the homepage you saw and where you came from. When you visit: basic technical data such as your browser, device and country. I count visits with Umami, which sets no cookies and doesn’t store your IP address.
What I do with it
I use your details only to message you about your assessment and, if you want, a free consultation call. I don’t sell them or add you to a mailing list.
Who else handles it
The services that run this site: Netlify (hosting), Google (form entries and fonts), WhatsApp, Calendly (booking), Wistia (the client interviews, which may store a small identifier to count views) and Umami (visit counts). Each has its own privacy policy.
Your choices
I keep your details for up to 12 months after we last talk, unless you become a client. To see, correct or delete them, or to stop hearing from me, write “delete my data” on WhatsApp or email rafael@confidentcharisma.com. I’ll do it within 30 days.
This site is for adults. Nothing on it is medical, psychological or legal advice. If this policy changes, I’ll update the date above.
